Most of the employees at DAS42 are bright kind people who are great to work with. Unfortunately the company is run very poorly so you may not be able to work with them for long.

Leadership at DAS42 is extremely poor. Employees are regularly getting spam and phishing text messages sent to their personal phones impersonating senior leadership at the company. When this was brought to the attention of HR they said they knew about it but didn't know how to handle it so employees should just ignore the messages. Clearly they aren't very secure with employee data for this to be a pervasive issue. Leadership also went on a hiring spree, bringing on tens of employees in the months before executing a lay off impacting nearly half the org. Overall the people are great, but unfortunately senior leadership needs to go before anyone should consider working at or hiring DAS42.
