      home office, pagos puntuales. depende del supervisor pero puedes tener un buen seguimiento y apoyo remoto.

      La paga no es acorde a los pesado que puede ser el trabajo como interprete, el estar mas de 7 horas escuchando llamadas en las cuales puede haber muchas situaciones muy delicadas y francamente traumáticas no esta a la altura del sueldo que es el mínimo

      Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
