As a member of the HR community for 8 years the salary was out of touch with the job market and responsibilities. I found the interview to be one of the best I have ever had. The recruiter spent time to seek me Out in the area and was accommodating to my schedule. She is a gem and was engaging and had an answer to every question I had about the role and benefits.

Salary was out of touch by about 5 years and the benefits and lack of any remote or hybrid option was a deterrent.

Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
