Great interview and process. Recruiter was responsive and knew the answers in regards to any questions I had about the role. Salary was a bit off for market and lack of flexibility for hybrid was a factor in my decision to accept a different offer. Extreme professionalism and the recruiter asked for feedback. Most recruiters run from candidates this was a refreshing experience.

Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
