Nothing good here - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso DATAMYTE

Poor executive management, CEO micro-manages & seems to trust no one; does not know how to manage people nor should he as CEO but still does; manages by fear & demands. The Sales-team (Regional/outside vs local/inside) not set-up properly. Constant changes in accounts, commission plans, solutions, etc. Nothing is fun here. Maybe slap some paint color on the wall & that'll wake people up! Very poor morale, overall here. Probably the worst overall culture I've ever experienced. This SHOULD be a great company with very useful tools & easy-to-sell solutions though it's been mismanaged for so long that customers have gone elsewhere.
