- a lot of tempory workers - lack of innovation and spirit (very old fashioned) - no workflow (deadlines are not met and noone cares, etc.) - quality of job result is often low (i am sometimes ashamed of what we offer our customers) - age average in my departement is rather high (40 - 60 years! i sit there just like little child, but have more expericences in other companies than most of the older employees) - many aspects of internal (team-)organization are insufficient or childish (sometimes i was really thinking they are joking to me) - wrong people at the wrong place (does anyone study job profiles and applicants job/education history at all before closing job contract? partially crazy hirarchie: boss has lower experience and qualifications than team members, etc.) - mobbing!
