It's a small, laid-back office and you work with great people. Pay is decent as well.

There tends to be too much micro-managing though every seems to be trustworthy, hard-workers.

Flexible, small firm, okay benefits when they’re not abruptly changed.

Management is over-bearing and not professional. Work environment created is an always lose situation no matter how much effort and love you put into your job. Advice: even if you take a job here, make sure you do what management says, even if it is wrong. There is no winning.
