Good company and management with a ton of work to do. You don't have to get your own positions, just fill the ones they give you. Pay is good.

It can be a difficult job at times, but they give you all the resources to do well.

You can earn a good income here if you are ok with micromanagement, brown nosing and having that never ending feeling of being on “thin-ice”.

The owner walks through the aisles of the building swinging a pocket knife for starters. And while, I don’t think it’s done to be threatening, it certainly seems inappropriate. He’s a knife collectors and shows it proudly when he’s in a good mood because business is doing well. But, as life and business goes, it’s not always going well. He was consistently inconsistent in his demeanor and attitude. He once berated me for smiling as we passed each other in the hallway while business was down. “What are you smiling about? Do I look happy?” Was how he started the conversation.
