Bad place to work - Recensione dipendente - Coded Welder presso DB Cargo

I worked here as a welder for 6 months. Good rate of pay for the local area once coded and I enjoyed the work but various staff members are nothing short of bullies, bigots, racists, liars and otherwise offensive humans. Management aren’t interested in your grievances and turn the other cheek to what constitutes extremely bad behaviour that shouldn’t exist nor be tolerated in any workplace. I was also physically assaulted by a supervisor and harassed by this individual over the period of the months I worked there which ultimately left me no choice but to leave. Overall an extremely toxic working environment that I wouldn’t suggest anybody to step foot in…. Don’t bother.
