poor pay, too much work and too many work arounds. stressful, overwhelming, numerous jobs in one tittle. No progressment, no raises they do whatever it takes to save themselves money don't care about employee. No proper trainning. They pretty much expect you to know it all and pay you nothing for all your hard work and efforts. I was making more being a temp for this place!! If I didn't have daily expenses I would not be here. to process one shipment you gotta do all the work around like dinosour times. Everyone seems unhappy and not wanting to be here... They need to hire more people, more pay!! I should get paid more for all the extra work I have to do and learn.
