No raises in at least 5 years. This company is the poster child for Corporate Greed. Direction of the company dismal at best if they continue in this way. Branch/Gen Managers hands tied, yet expected to turn-around revenue and file count at a local level, with limited resources. On-boarding route development managers, sales and the like, hiring "freeze" for operations is creating burned out and very much under appreciated staffing who are the front lines to growing the business. Get a clue Schenker - encourage and reward those that make your world go around !
