Not good experience - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso DB Schenker

1. Internal team not aligned. 2. IT team very rigid and works like separate team. A lot of push back from IT. 3. Demotivating for new joinees at times, if they don’t belong to same logistics domain. 4. No knowledge transfer and transition from the previous person. Need to learn on the fly. 5. No appreciation done for the projects been implemented. Instead AWS and Leaves money were taken aback, once I put the resignation paper. HR needs to be considerate atleast, this was not justified.
