Unclear expectations on tasks, yet expected to perform. Clarifications are answered with judgement. Temperamental bosses that communicate in a rude tone, resulting in stress, anxiety in the workplace and high turn-over rates. Experience varies according to the department you are in. Though I did not experience this, I was advised by seniors not to rotate in offices that are not in the main building as those divisions are infamous for being the worst in management.
