Nepotism & favoritism is ingrained in this culture, top management will never know how rampant this culture is because people will pretend it does not exist due to fear of being black listed, so I see a lot of folks kissing the derriere of those that have gained positions or status through connections. Salary isn't great. A lot of restructuring and changes in the team titles, so the role that used to lead to Key Accounts Specialist and others has now been reduced to a mere Customer Service title, yet the role is beyond a simple Customer Service role. The title is quite devaluing.
