NO PROS WHATSOEVER. They should have an option not to give any stars at all. Also if you tend to use your brain and are smart .. DO NOT WORK HERE ! Using your brain will backfire because the owners and management are beyond stupid and ridiculous.

Where do i begin ... This place is a disaster. Do not even think of saying yes to go work there. Miserable work environment. Supervisor is clueless and has no idea what she is doing. Literally a puppet of the owners. Which owner keeps calling the employees' extension just to get updates every 15-20 mins. Only concerned about trying to make money. Treat clients like dirt too .. Always taking on more jobs than can be handled by the staff. They have a magazine as well The Edge Leaders formerly known as World Index. Both these offices are the absolute worst. These people will treat their employees like dirt and expect everyone to be happy. Also .. you are NOT allowed to make friends or talk any of your co-workers and then you are expected to work with them day in and day out. Finally have an annual Christmas dinner where they expect you to talk and be friendly ... like don't talk all year round and then pretend to be merry and happy. These people and their company is an absolute joke. Most unprofessional people i have ever seen. The lady who owns the place is a vindictive human being and tries to put all employees against each other. If things dont go her way .. she will make your life miserable. She just expects you to be a zombie and work there. They talk down to their employees and question them and their abilities. LIke if you had to do this .. WHY DO YOU HIRE THE PERSON IN THE FIRST PLACE ?! THEY WILL TRANSFER YOUR DEPARTMENT WITHOUT GIVING YOU ANY HEADS UP AND FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR YOU. They also will try to create problems with your dues if you resign or quit. Even if you get fired from here they will hold up your ROE and not pay you on time. I have worked here long enough unfortunately to know how they function.

Your experience will depend on which of the 3 offices you're in. The main office is the worst - Big on diversity, barely a white male in sight - Employs many migrants, very multicultural - Some talented, friendly, hardworking staff who are grateful for their jobs. The company is indebted to their loyalty - Managers in other 2 non-main offices are friendly enough - The chance to contribute to a professional magazine (World Index)

- Whatever the advertised rate, everyone will earn minimum hourly wage for up to 3 months during probation. Then it doesn't get much higher - Punch in/out on timecard. More than 5min late = 15min pay deduction, NO exceptions - Ridiculous practice of calling managers by title then first name (eg. Mr Luke) - No talking in main office or between offices as this is "distracting" - Need to provide a written explanation for absolutely any time off, even leaving 30min early (unpaid) - Had a meeting about only using bathroom in assigned 10min morning/afternoon breaks or 30min lunch! - Culture of unquestioning subservience, out-of-touch practices, no strategic direction, lack of proper training/empowerment. Inefficiency and miscommunication are common - Some managers can show preferential treatment and demonstrate ABSENCE of industry knowledge about some areas they oversee - Lack of clear job responsibilities, demarcations and procedures - Some UNETHICAL practices like falsified reviews, testimonials and customer feedback - Occasional accounting errors on weekly paycheques. No/incompetent explanation and no apology when queried - (NEWER) WORKERS ARE WITHHELD DUE PUBLIC HOLIDAY PAY, A LEGAL ENTITLEMENT.
