Thanks for your feedback. We are disappointed to read about some of your experiences at DBR. We are committed to creating a challenging, rewarding and fun environment for our employees. We consider all feedback and we are continuously looking for ways to enhance the employee experience. We launched a mentor program recently that includes more hands-on training for employees. In addition, we still have the onsite seminars and meetings available to our employees to assist with gaining knowledge and training. So our commitment to recognizing the hard work of our employees continues. Many of our employees started their careers with our company and have been with us for many years and DBR is dedicated to offering paths for career development and advancement.
