No work life balance - Recensione dipendente - Graduate Associate presso DBS Bank

I have been working in the bank for more than a year and i find their management policy very chaotic. There's no work life balance. Everyone has to work till 9 pm everyday and the chance for promotion is limited. People here always promote their diversity of trainings but indeed there's no time for staff to attend any of the trainings.
