-workload can become overwhelming -way underpaid for everything I did as a project manager -owner dislikes when you have side jobs/work, owner has a track record of terminating employees for this reason without proper explanation and based on the assumption of "bad faith", it does not matter the amount of good years/professional relationship you have made nor the hard work you have put in to make yourself grow and help the company grow for the better.
