      Everyone was really nice, but that's it.

      The hiring process was super rushed and they don't give you time to negotiate or make a thoughtful decision, because they're all about building "impulse". It doesn't matter what their job ad says, you will be put in a 4 step "management training" program where you spend the entire day lurking around shopping centers and soliciting to try to get anyone and everyone to by a bag of cheap makeup. They make it sound like you're learning all these necessary life skills, but this is just something you should do if you don't have an education or no other option. I would have given it 0 stars but that field is required.

      Hi, To the reviewer your feedback is libelous and inaccurate. We would like to set the record straight: 90% of our staff has Upper Level Education and or their Master's Degrees. However, if a candidate does not have upper level education, we do not discriminate. Our team strongly values work experience. Our team is comprised of college graduate and experienced professionals.

      No, seriously. I really can't imagine how Dc Promotions could do a better job of making working there a fantastic experience. On top of the ridiculous benefits and wonderful culture, working at Dc Promotions is an opportunity to work with awesome and dedicated colleagues on a product that touches so many clients and people. You get to change the world, and have fun while doing it. What more could you ask for?

      I don't know that I can think of a single bad thing about my experience at DC Promotions . It's going to be really difficult to go back to normal life
