Pay is very low and they are constantly bothering you with text, chats, emails, weekly and monthly meetings. (All on your time) They will ask you to jump in and help an account but will never discuss the pay. They promise you accounts and then you don’t receive them. I was promised an account several times and even started to train for one of the accounts and the day before I was supposed to officially start, they decided to tell me that I wasn’t getting the account after I had put time in preparing for it. I worked one account for over seven months and then took a week vacation and when I came back they took my account away without giving me any notice. They do not properly train and then, when you get audited months later, they will just terminate you with no notice or even allowing you a chance to explain if there are mistakes. Management has made many mistakes from forgetting my phone interview time to account issues and they are NEVER reprimanded But if you make a mistake (many people have written about this) you will be fired instantly. They talk about being a family but trust me they only care about money and will cut you off with no notice. They are very unprofessional.
