Very small company no room for advancement

1. You get to wear many different hats. Good way to gain experience. 2. Relaxed dress code.

1. Benefits aren’t great. 2. It is a family run company so there are a lot of family politics that bleed into the workplace. 3. Nepotism. 4. Unprofessional way of handling social situations. This creates a toxic work environment for everyone. 5. I noticed not all senior members could voice their ideas and opinions. Result of poor management.
