Management trusts you to independently track, control and complete projects. Great way to stay sharp with latest tech. Pay, retirement benefits and coworkers are all great. Most are very self-driven to get things done.

Not a great place to be if you can't work independently and require supervision to stay on task and bring in quality work. Management prefers to stay hands-off.

1. Benefits aren’t great. 2. It is a family run company so there are a lot of family politics that bleed into the workplace. 3. Nepotism. 4. Unprofessional way of handling social situations. This creates a toxic work environment for everyone. 5. I noticed not all senior members could voice their ideas and opinions. Result of poor management.
