      People are nice on the whole. Benefits are good and some of the training is really helpful. Products are great.

      Sadly the company seems to have got stuck in an attitude of about 20 years ago. They have lost some really good people recently at senior levels. Those people were trying hard to change the way it is. You have to look to the ultimate leader of the business to pinpoint what needs to change.

      Dear Employee, thank you for sharing the feedback. There are several ongoing projects aiming to deliver just that - updates to ways of working bringing them in line with the best practice and better working environment.
