So many I don't know where to start. Management are massive liars even though "integrity" is one of they key values. They forced these 5 values onto everyone and clearly they are just for show in front of customers so they think DDD is doing great and is looking after its people and has morals. Well - they are not and they do not! The real people who actually do any work think they are a load of rubbish. Management clearly don't actually obey with them as lies, manipulation and bulling is a daily activity in the workplace. So many people are leaving the sinking ship, and there is a reason. The ones who don't leave just get fired.
But why listen to your staff.... its not like the company isn't doing really badly and hasn't been going downhill for a few years? Oh wait, it is!
All the fake reviews on here that say how great the company is and how its improving - another example of their "integrity" nonsense. They send out a mass email and ask staff to leave a positive review and to "think about" before posting a negative one....you can see the type of real values we are talking about.
Do yourself a favour and go work somewhere else if you are looking for a job.
