      Great office environment with a few good principals to work with that show no hierarchy in team and give you an opportunity to grow. Overall friendly and peaceful culture at work.

      Baltimore is an unsafe place to live. Some imbalance in terms of foreseeing the inflow of projects vs hiring employees. If the projects do not go as planned, sudden decisions are taken to let go employees. Job security at this place is a tricky one.

      People are great to work with and very helpful. Workload is plentiful. Culture is decent and pto is provided all at once at the beginning of the year. Very encouraged to use it.

      No real cons at this time. Pay could be higher but that goes for anyone I think.
