Vantaggi

A solid product Fast company growth

Svantaggi

Shady, disorganized management lead you on with 'promote from within' and 'work life balance' promises. It couldn't be further from the truth. Management changes over the past few years killed the vibe, now it's a soulless corporate entity with employees that don't even drive trucks. They lead you on with offers of pay increase/promotion, but just hire someone new from a 'Big tech company'. The Ketchum mafia is real, if you didn't grow up here, then you aren't a favorite, sorry. Those in the 'in crew' get promotions and raises, the rest suffer. Cost of living in Ketchum is unlivable, unless you're part of the silver spoon crew. Employees talking about each other behind their backs, abusive leadership, disorganization, high turnover, tech culture without the tech pay. Fun fact: Decked tried to apply to Outside Magazine's 'Best places to work' and failed the interview process miserably. They couldn't even pay their way onto the list.

Vantaggi

Work is always different and interesting

Svantaggi

I had an uncomfortable experience working here. I enjoyed collaborating with my immediate teammates, but I encountered behavior in a company meeting that soured my view of this company. During a weekly marketing meeting, a person from leadership made a very racially insensitive remark when joking about Chinese manufacturing. It was met with laughter in the room. That moment changed how I viewed the company culture. While the environment can feel casual and “laid-back,” there didn’t seem to be clear boundaries around what’s appropriate in a professional setting. As one of the only non-white team members, I found it difficult to feel fully comfortable working with them after that.
