Great teams to work with people are nice

When it wasn't a good team it was a long year

Outstanding pay. You're paid for what you may have to do instead of what you are actually doing. Supervisors are great, I haven't had a single issue to this point. VERY flexible with scheduling. Lots of training. Excellent job if you're looking to move into local law enforcement or federal law enforcement.

Having to work with FPS (Homeland Security Police). It can take awhile to get a permanent post so newer guards have to work all over the state, however compensation for travel is excellent. Changing schedules from graveyards to days and back to graveyards can wear, but if you're willing to work whenever that shouldn't be a problem.
