Contract time can lead you to other opporunities.

Pay is embarrassingly low, the expectation is high. The benefits are terrible. The Company only cares about their family profit and will find anyway to give the employee as little as possible. Be extremely careful. Get everything in writing and ALWAYS check your pay, pto and make sure youre getting what you are supposed to including double check the labor laws for them.
