I didn't understand what a toxic culture was until coming here and how it can damage your health. There is no management and the direction changes with the weather. If you get a good colleague, you are lucky. The waste is bonkers, but doesn't seem yo be picked up on their sustainability certificate: any company using paper reports internally should re-examine their practice. The worst part was the passive aggression and obstructive behaviour of some international colleagues. It is well known within the company but tolerated. Bullying should never be tolerated.
