HR informed there is no overtime payment. - Toxic work culture with little team spirit. - Due to people quitting left and right, you are lucky to fond someone with more then 5yrs experience. - Low salaries. Starts at 3000 for a graduate and then 100eur increase ea h year. So a fter 10yrs 4000 per month Brutto. - HR is incompetent. Ignores emails and forces you to work in unsuitable projects.
