Absolutely the worst management I’ve ever experienced in my 10 years working in restaurants in this town. Constant micromanagement, dogmatic adherence to rules that make little sense at times, and overall a bad culture.

Boss doesn’t hassle you much. They mostly just let you get your job done with little interference.

They Don’t give raises and the owner wont even take meetings to discuss pay. They pay women less than they pay men (proven through transparency from colleagues and comparing pay stubs). They pay you less than the government minimum for mileage. Base pay is a joke and not a livable wage. They Consistently cut orders due to their inability to produce product which then means that you receive lower commissions, to no fault of your own- and No accountability for those missed commissions.
