There is a 6-month probation period, and during probation no paid leaves are provided for any reason. Office entry time is fixed, but exit time is flexible and depends on the workload. If there is more work or something needs to be finished the same day, employees may have to stay until late at night.

Lots of work. Good place for freshers to join, but they only hire experienced 2 months notice period Medical insurance Office building is very big & spacious Holi Diwali celebrations are there

HR department asks immediate joiner only & gives 2 months notice period at the time of resignation Not big company on have 10-15 employees only. New startup No savings scheme like esi and pf Mostly use second hand computers for work & don't give new machines which affects productivty Typical mindset in people is there. People sit unnecessarily for long hours in office to show they are working. Some guys just leave in afternoon when Manager is out & come back in evening, then stay in the night to complete the work & still get praise If you work as Tester or BA then you can take 2 days to complet your work. But a developer must finish the code by 5pm else, client demo will fail. All deadlines are for Coders only No time to rain on new technologies, they directly jump into new technology project & expect work to be done They have PM but he doesn't manage projects & BA do that. They sometimes mistreat & have dispute with other coworkers but no action gets taken as they are working with support from high management

Feedback from our current and former employees is more than welcome as it helps us in taking corrective measures and improving ourselves. Having said that, we would like to take this opportunity and address few points mentioned in your feedback. As you are aware that we were under severe lockdown due to Covid-19 for a good part of 2020 which significantly limited our ability to replace systems quickly. Keeping in mind the situation all of us were in, we did our level best to cater to the needs of our team members. However, due to the unexpected and unprecedented situation, we might not have been able to do the needful at the desired efficiency. When it comes to office politics, we can categorically state that none of it is encouraged by us at any point in time. Thanks again for the valuable feedback and we wish you luck for all your future endeavours.
