All these wonderful things from a company that is deeply rooted in their triple bottom line, with a near-paperless office and community engagement sponsoring non-profit events, and supporting employee volunteer engagement by offering paid time for volunteering events and a company Kiva employee program to give back both locally and globally.

Any potential cons are not within the business and rather within the industry - there are times it can be very busy, which some could find overwhelming. However, that is the nature of recruiting especially in a province very driven by oil prices. However, you do reap the rewards of the busy periods through commissions and profit sharing which makes it worth it in the end.
