They try to be to corporate and say everything is confidential when everyone knows what they do. The US Branch isn’t setup so expect to do all the heavy lifting. Not many employees so you will wear multiple hats.
Friendly people, can make mistakes and it not cost you. Somewhat flexible.

Don't want to bother doing things a new or better way because "it's how it was always done".
Upper management is aware that changes are needed, but no one is actually willing to do anything about it. They wait for someone else to try or just ignore everything and keep doing what they're doing.
Blowing money on all the wrong things.
Getting rid of the good talent and keeping the old ones.
A lot of equipment is really old and being held together with bandages (so to speak).
Company is more worried about buying up other businesses than actually focusing on internal systems and issues.
