Mental health support is more of a token gesture, offering only an anonymous service rather than finding real ways to support employees or listen to their concerns. Employees frequently experience burnout without adequate care during difficult periods, and hiring practices are biased, with a preference for familiar candidates over a fair application process. Additionally, there is a significant lack of transparency, and employee feedback is frequently undervalued and ignored.
