Working from home is a massive perk

Senior leadership do not value employees, their skills or their talents. Decisions are very top heavy. Poor maternity, bereavement and other policies. There is a toxic culture and bullying is rife but nobody on leadership cares.

The internal colleagues are passionate and lovely to work with. There has been some amazing outcomes for young people and is truly a blessing to be part of it.

The leadership team often overlooks the insights and well-being of their employees, making decisions that primarily benefit management. Mental health support is more of a token gesture, offering only an anonymous service rather than finding real ways to support employees or listen to their concerns. Employees frequently experience burnout without adequate care during difficult periods, and hiring practices are biased, with a preference for familiar candidates over a fair application process. Additionally, there is a significant lack of transparency, and employee feedback is frequently undervalued and ignored.
