Our C-level management always wants to implement a better company structure but in the end it is still essentially controlled by a bi-polar CEO which makes everything difficult no matter what. At the beginning it was great when we were brought in to start a new team and help generate a lot of revenue for the company. Then suddenly poor management and performance from other teams led to our department's demise.
