Management is not clear about what needs to be done to make the company grow. They don't treat employees well enough, and if the lead isn't good, then there are no limits to work hours and it never ends. The management isn't transparent about the decissions they take, and they also had mass layoffs which affected everyone, including folks who had just received new contracts from company's end.
