I understand that there is a lot of pressure to meet the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, along with the additional options target. This can be quite challenging for a salesperson, but it's important to have a strong character to succeed in this field. It's tough to balance work and family time when we have to work on weekends. Additionally, it would be really helpful if the management could create the rota in advance, at least for a month, so that I can plan my time better.
