Its a pretentious place full of bias on all levels. Compensation doesn't matches with workload. The CEO has some favorite people with whom he has great personal equations and sadly the same is carried to work, which makes this place highly unfair to be a part of. There is too much office politics. No set growth plan for the company. The direction and priorities change monthly, usually on the whim of the CEO and his favorites. Some people in senior management are under 30 and have no special experience than their juniors. They do not command any respect but demand it. If you have any queries that you want to resolve, you have to figure out on your own because the person who is actually supposed to provide a solution doesn't want to listen to you or makes nagging faces like a small child. The infrastructure is too clumsy and messy They can FIRE you anytime so forget about your own job security
