      DGR has been a great environment for me. Coming from a few jobs with very hectic schedules, this has been a welcome change of pace. Of course there is plenty of work to do, but it's not the grueling hours I had become used to. The environment is casual and friendly. The team is very welcoming and happy to help out when you need it. There is a very nice benefits package as well. Even though the team is remote right now, I feel included with the team.

      There have been some improvements in the time I've been there, and look forward to seeing what the future holds. The onboarding process still has some kinks that can be worked out.

      Fantastic people. Very accommodating for remote workers. Great onboarding and offboarding experience. They provide good equipment and support and make you feel like an integral part of the team and company. They also allow you to showcase your strengths while providing opportunities to grow in new areas. Team members support and encourage each other, and this stems from leadership. Can't say enough good things about DGR.

      Nothing negative. Just know what the company is and their business model, they provide IT services both direct and through key partners, and these services are centered heavily around Microsoft technologies and other major players. There is a focus on both commercial and SLED clients.
