Lack of opportunity for advancement. Heavy work loads. In my 8+ years there, no cost of living increases or pay increases. Benefits are terrible. They posts job ads saying 'due to extreme growth we are seeking to fill....' but in reality they have so much turnover that they just need bodies in chairs. Their philosophy is that YOU should be thankful that we gave you a job. I stay in touch with people I used to work with and all of them are looking for new jobs.
