Vantaggi
Good benefits *aside from health*, an install manager with loads of field experience, and a company truck, parts and nuts, bolts, etc. Great warehouse staff that go out of their way to make sure you're set up properly and make sure you get everything you need. World class technicians that would put everything behind them to make sure other techs are taken care of.

Management will not pay you. They complain regularly about how Gross Profit is down and you are not making the big man enough money. Have had regular meetings about how we are paid too much and that everyone else gets paid less (not true). We all (residential overhead installation) have been consistently been getting paid less for our times due to the piece rate switch over, which we should not have done until we got contracts for installations. We are getting AT MOST 2 single doors and maybe a motor a day, barely breaking even if we are lucky on our old pay scale which was hourly. The work is NOT THERE and it's on management to figure it out. NOT THE INSTALLERS. do not work here, they will take advantage of you and lure you in with promises of work and good pay and then shaft you once you prove you're valuable. Don't fall for it. Pros aside, the cons HEAVILY outweigh any decent things to do with Pace. Look elsewhere or you will starve.
