Like most small business's they underbid a contract to win it and then low ball the incumbents to try to get them to stay. Their CEO says he has an open door policy, but the first time you bring up any issue he threatens to fire you. Their HR department is a complete mess and unless it has grown its comprised of 1 over worked person who never responds to emails. Their recruiters are pretty bad too as they lie to you to get you to sign an offer letter and then come time to start on the contract they all the sudden decide they can't pay you that salary anymore and your stuck between a rock and a hard place.
