We are very sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with DHL.

We take your concerns about working during this global health crisis very seriously. We want to assure you that the health of our employees and our customers is always our top priority. We are also aware that our worldwide network plays an important role in this time, whether it is by shipping emergency medical equipment or delivering important products to individuals. If possible, our employees work from home to minimize the risk of infection in office buildings and on the way to work. We also encourage flexible working hours adapted to different roles.
Our employees are free to join or not to join a union or employee representation body of their choice, free from threat or intimidation.
We recognize and respect the right to bargain collectively under applicable law.
