smart people, employee development, high quality structure, very diverse!!! Multicultural, multinational!! Really provides a space for people from different backgrounds and cultures to come together and bring their ideas (at least what used to be the European headquarters in Brussels)

Too vertical, bureaucracy is huge! Very rigid, german mindset with too many cilos between departments. Form follows function... doesn't have a single company culture, all of the purchased companies kept their own identities and have not integrated into the fold to truly create a DHL employee brand identity
