Il lavoro a distanza è disponibile per i lavori in cui ha senso. Anche se hanno minacciato di riportare le persone in ufficio.

DHL non accoglie le persone con disabilità. Non importa quanto provi a lavorare con loro o quanto spieghi o implori. Non importa quanti dottori. Vedete o quanti confermano le stesse cose. Non estenderanno nemmeno la sistemazione più semplice. Se sei un POC o LGBT o non cristiano, preparati a molti pregiudizi alimentari non affrontati. È abbastanza per farti sentire a disagio, ma abbastanza leggero da non poter presentare un reclamo alle risorse umane. Non che le risorse umane si preoccupino abbastanza di fare qualcosa. La gestione è un disastro. Non riceverai formazione o supporto adeguati e ti puniranno per questo. L'alta direzione non sembra preoccuparsene affatto fino al momento della valutazione, quindi "istruiranno educatamente" che anche le valutazioni neutre significheranno cose come la rimozione del WFH e altri benefici. Comunque non possono costringermi a mentire qui. Stai lontano a meno che tu non abbia davvero alternative o non rientri nelle categorie sopra indicate.
