Our goal is that you feel respected and valued by us and that we are an employer of choice for you, in good times and in difficult times, which was not the case at your site in Columbus. The way you have been treated influences how you manage your emotions. Management must be encouraged to reduce negative feelings within the organization. That is a concern to us and something we will investigate.
We recommend that, in the future, you discuss with your HR colleagues the topics that you believe can be optimized to contribute to a better working environment and your well-being. Topics must be discussed before optimization can begin.
