This role is a role that you are not expected to stay long term in. If you are comfortable staying in your role, its welcome of course but ultimately there are a lot of new faces throughout the year because of reps taking their promotions after 12 - 18 months in the role.

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
