Once out of training you basically are thrown onto the phones and expected to do ALOT of on the job training. There is alot that is not covered in the classroom that could and should have been.

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
